commissions generally have a 3 to 4 week turnaround, but nothing is guaranteed. if you have a specific deadline you need a piece for, let me know!

all commissioners will have access to a trello where they can track progress on all of my work, and see where they are in the queue!

free revisions and changes are permitted at the sketch stage. after this point, changes beyond color adjustments or minor fixes are subject to a fee depending on the complexity of the desired revision.

unless otherwise requested or stated, completed art will be delivered to the commissioner in the following format: 8.5" x 11" canvas, RGB color, 300 DPI, .png

base price of the commission includes a simple or abstract background. please inquire about more complex backgrounds or scenes!

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

I will post the commissioned art to my twitter (@bwibbles) upon completion, and may freely use it to promote my online presence and art business. you may opt out of this by making your commission private, which has a fee of +%20 total price of the commission. requesting to be anonymous has no charge!

feel free to use the commissioned piece however you'd like! cropping it, using it as reference for other commissions or raffles, or making minor edits (such as giving it an overlay for a graphic) are all totally fine-- just make sure to credit me as the artist if you repost it!

the commissioned art is not for commercial use. you may not sell prints or make merchandise with it, physical or digital.

work on the commission will not begin until payment is received in full.

transaction will be carried out through PayPal invoice

commissions cancelled by the commissioner before the sketch stage will receive a full refund. commissions cancelled at the lineart stage will receive a 50% refund. no refunds are permitted past this point.

I have the right to cancel any commission for any reason. however, you will receive a FULL refund regardless of how complete the commission is.
